Grown in our hills around Cortona, it is a cold-pressed oil of exceptional quality. The olive harvest takes place by the first half of November, with the olives being pressed within a few hours of harvesting. Bright green in color and with an intense and decisive flavor for an oil rich in fragrance and taste.
